Lodging and Accommodations at Lake Despair Lodge
Here at Lake Despair Lodge we have housekeeping cabins as well as a full-service 25-site campground. So no matter how you prefer to stay with us, you will feel at home.
Our Convenience Store with a large selection of tackle and groceries, gas pumps, live bait and ice, will keep you supplied with the essentials.
We also rent 16' boats with 25 h.p. Mercury motors!
Cabins
Lake Despair lodge has eight fully equipped cabins. Each cabin includes coffee makers, toaster, microwave oven, all pots and pans and dishes.
They also include all linens and towels. Our three deluxe cabins are fully winterized including dishwashers, and are open all year.
Every second day your cabin is vacuumed, garbage taken out, and used towels are replaced with clean ones.
Campers and Tenting
All sites have water and electrical hook-ups. For your convenience we have a dump station as well as some full hook-ups.
We also provide washrooms, showers, laundry facilities, fish house, and ice and freezer service, as well as seasonal storage and winterizing services available.
The campground is large and spacious. There is a large pavilion with a stone fireplace and an area with swings, slide, etc. for the children.
Whatever your need, we are here to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable! We love to see new faces, as well as our returning guests year after year!
