Congratulations to the fishing team of Nathan Brigham & Brett Meyers. Their two day total catch of 28.43# put them on top of the leader board. Good work!
We’d like to send a big “Thank You” to all the anglers, their families and all our wonderful volunteers. This tournament would not be possible without all of you! A very special ‘THANK YOU’ to Mark ALLEN!!!! You did a great job as MC!!!! We are hoping you’ll be back with all of us in 2015.
The dates for the 15th Annual Castin’ for Cash will be Fri. JULY 10th & Sat. JULY 11th/15. The rules will be held at 5:30 pm on Thursday. You will be able to fish until 4:30pm on Thursday. One team member from each team must attend the rules meeting.
The entry fee is $400.00/team. All teams must have their entry paid in full by April 1st 2015. After the April 1st deadline, the tournament is open to any team on a first come basis up to a field of 65 teams. We’ve had many enquiries from new teams so please get your paid entry in early to assure your spot.
FOR EVERY TEAM WHO HAS THEIR ENTRY PAID IN FULL BY APRIL 1ST THEY WILL GO INTO A DRAW TO HAVE 2016 ENTRY PAID. THIS DRAW WILL BE HELD AT THE TOURNAMENT. The winners of the draw were DAVE WILLIAMS/SCOTT WILLIAMS.
There will be complimentary coffee, juice, donuts and cookies provided at the docks each morning by Cloverleaf Grocery in Emo. On Friday evening, July 10th all anglers will be invited to a full supper. There will be food booths available again this year. We are hoping to make this year as much fun as last year!
It’s great to see so many youths and women out fishing! We appreciate you all coming out and participating in our tournament. It is great! We hope you all return! Thank you again! Stay safe and warm.
